Areas from the rubric that I think I could really learn from is organization, position, intro, and clarity. The reason I picked organization is because sometimes I can get distracted from the point of my paper when writing and go off topic and that is something I really do not want to do. Also I can sometimes jump around between paragraphs and they won’t ease into each other good. I chose position and intro because sometimes my intro paragraph doesn’t always get to the point I want it to get to in that moment or it also doesn’t fit in with the rest of my essay. For example sometimes my thesis isn’t always good enough to be in the intro or the purpose of my essay isn’t easy to identify. Lastly I chose clarity because I usually can never tell if everything is in the right spots or where it needs to be, also if I spelled everything right and if it sounds right to someone else. I really need to work on these things and I think this rubric is really gonna help me with that.
