Blog 5:
Information that I can tell myself that can raise the stakes or clearly articulate a problem is important facts or statements I put into what I am writing. Information that I can put in that will complicates things is something going against or is not valid with everything else the writing is saying. The stakes of my essay are going to be that metaphors are good and bad around us sometimes but they can help people most of the time or are important around us at times. Also that metaphors best serve us as life lessons sometimes or get into our heads for like commercial ads. There is s much in the world of metaphors there is so much to each and every one of them that you never know if it is a good time for them or not and you have to figure it out yourself.

Metaphors are all around us, you may not think that but they are. They are in social media and marketing companies,teachers,family, and friends all use metaphors everyday even if they do not realize it. They can be used in your everyday life, say you see something or you over hear someone using one. They are always around you. With all the articles I have read in the past few weeks I learned about the strengths on metaphors but also most of it weaknesses. A weakness I am talking about is the situation the person or you could be in when a metaphor is being used.

I feel like your scope may be a little broad, the basic ideas you have are strong but I am still unsure of what you are trying to argue.

I think that this is a strong place to start, you understand your opinion on metaphors and also give good example of where they can be found in order to educate your audience, with this being said I would suggest more of a narrow view on metaphors in order for your audience to completely understand your argument.
