Artifact 2-EDU 206

Artifact 2-EDU 206

For this artifact we were assigned learning logs all throughout the semester. Each week after a new lesson was taught we would be assigned a learning log and the question of the learning log would indicate what we learned in class/ what our conversation was more focused on. We had ten learning logs in total throughout the weeks. This artifact aligns with this standard because in the standard it says “The teacher engages in ongoing professional learning and uses evidence to continually evaluate his/her practice, particularly the effects of his/her choices and actions on others (learners, families, other professionals, and the community), and adapts practice to meet the needs of each learner.”. With these learning logs I was keeping myself engaged more engaged when reviewing my notes from inside and outside the classroom. I would use practices we learned about and I saw in the classroom in my notes.

These notes are going to help me as a future teacher to help meet the needs of my future learners because every child has different needs and are at different levels in school. These learning logs have helped me what I can do in the future to help my students. I really enjoyed this assignment and helped me stay more eon track of my notes in and outside of class. I am also a creative person and I like to express my creativity through my notes so this was also very fun for me to do. As I had stated in the beginning I feel as though with these logs it is a great way for me to keep my notes all organized and safe keepings for when I will need to look at/ use them in my teaching career.
